Fees and Payment Terms

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Client files and information will be returned or destroyed as requested
• Our confidentiality obligations remain in effect
• Both parties are released from future obligations under the agreement

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our methodologies, software, templates, and materials remain the property of BlueLedger Pro. Clients receive a limited license to use our deliverables for their intended business purposes only.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
